A serene lagoon view greets you from all angles in and around the house. Inside, this Sea Pines home has new hardwood floors, tiled kitchen, 2 master bedroom first floor suites, a dining room, eat-kitchen area, a screened porch, a fireplace and cathedral ceilings all on the first floor.

Upstairs is the 3rd Bedroom, the sleeping loft and a full bath. Outside, the decking runs the entire length of the rear of the house and the screened porch shares the same lagoon water views. The first floor has an open and bright floor plan with lots of windows and skylights.

The living room has a vaulted ceiling, double sliding doors to the deck, a ceiling fan and fireplace. The dining area is separate, but open to the living room. The kitchen is completely tiled with a large greenhouse window and connected to a laundry room.

There is a Kitchen Bar separating the Kitchen form the breakfast and sitting area. The kitchen has plenty of windows and opens into the screened porch.
