How do I make changes to my listing?
Please log in with your e-mail and password and then click on "Renew/Edit Your Listings" and "Edit."

What if I forget my password?
Please click on "Forgot your password?"

How do I change my password and contact information?
Please log in and click on "Manage Customer Info."

How many photos can I have on my listing?
The format of the listing page allows for up to 6 photos.

Can I change the photos on my listing? Is there an extra charge?
You can change the photos at any time. There is no extra charge.

Can I add a link to my own website?
Yes, when you register your property enter the URL under "Website" at the end of the form.

Can I add a link to my Availability Calendar and/or Guestbook?
Yes, when you register your property enter the URL under "Availability Calendar" or "Guestbook" at the end of the form.

How can I get my own Availability Calendar and/or Guestbook?
Visit HomeAway Connect for info on how to set up a calendar and guestbook. It's absolutely free. You can use the new calendar on HomeAway Connect (previously Rentors.org) without subscribing to any of the HomeAway Inc. listing sites.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone.
