B&B WELCOMES PETS, HORSES AND THEIR PEOPLE TO NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN

Grace Grange Lodge welcomes pets, horses and their people to the Mackinac State Forest near Petoskey. This peaceful location is only 20 minutes or less from the tourist ammenitties famous in the Little Traverse Bay region. The Lodge is located where several all season trails meet used by hikers, road and trail bikes, horse owners, snowmobilers, x-c skiers and on snow shoes.

The North Country Hiking Trail, from North Dakota to New York, runs within a mile of the Lodge. Our facility offers a close to nature experience with bed and breakfast comfort.

Room rates include, private bath,linens provided, full breakfast, generous snacking bar, house microwave, refrigerator, propane grill, fire pit,internet connection, trail maps. Plenty of room to stretch your legs and breath the fresh air.

Attractions:

This region of Michigan is famous for its Lake Michigan sunsets and beaches. There are 63 golf courses within 50 miles, 6 state parks, the Mackinac Bridge, and Mackinac Island, many inland as well as Great Lakes beaches(dogs, too!). There are 3 casinos within 50 miles,2 ferries and charter water sports. Bicycle rentals can open up miles of scenic routes at a quiet pace. Horse rentals are available about 8 miles from the Lodge. Fishing locations cover all habitats from bass to rainbows.

Rates:

Room rates run from $42.50 to $90 per night. We award discounts for rooms secured by credit card and paid by personal check or cash on arrival. We also discount for children 12 under, 4 and under are free if they are traveling with a pack and go type of crib. We aslo discount rates in off peak months, November and pre-holiday December, March and April.
