PET FRIENDLY OCEAN FRONT MOTEL ON THE EAST COAST OF FLORIDA

Melbourne Beach Florida FL pet friendly hotel motel.

We are a small family owned motel located right on the beach. My husband and I bought it in October 1999. We have: 4 rooms, 2 efficiencies and 2 one bedroom suites.

All the rooms have: * TV (cable) * Refrigerator * Coffee pot * Toaster and supply of coffee, cream, sugar and jelly for breakfast *

All the efficiencies have: * TV (cable) * Refrigerator (full size) * Coffee pot * Toaster * Microwave * Stove/Oven * All utensils for cooking and supply of coffee, cream, sugar and jelly for breakfast.

The one bedroom suites are on the first floor, balcony facing the ocean. Room 1 - 2 double beds, Mini efficiency 2 - King bed, Efficiency 3 - 1 queen bed + 1 sofa bed - with communicant door with room 4, Room 4 - 2 double beds. Room 5 - 2 double beds - with communicant door with Efficiency 6, Efficiency 6 - 1 king bed + 1 sofa (This efficiency is the closest to the beach). No smoking in the one bedroom suites.

We also have an Italian restaurant adjacent to the motel and we serve great Italian cuisine.
French is spoken at the Surfcaster Motel.

We are located 7 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Recreation - Excellent fishing - Boat ramp -Picnic Area - Nature Trail - Museum - Great 2 hours cruise boat - Fishing equipment rental - small and medium power boats. Canoes and kayaks are also available. We are known for some of the best
fishing and surfing in the state of Florida.
