Sweetwater Farm is an historic 50-acre estate located in the heart of The Brandywine Valley. The property has 14 distinctive guest rooms - three in the original 1734 Quaker farmhouse wing and four in the 1815 Georgian wing.  

The original carriage house, greenhouse and caretakers cottage have been transformed into seven guest cottages, five of which are pet and child friendly.  Enjoy a gourmet country breakfast each morning in either our elegant dining room with fireplace or, when the weather warms, on the patio overlooking the back pasture.  Make yourself at home in our delightfully cozy den, the parlor or the billiards room, all with working fireplaces. Other amenities for your perfect getaway are an outdoor pool and hot tub, golf chipping range, fitness center, on site massage, hiking trails, high speed wireless access throughout the property and air conditioned guest rooms.  Our secluded 50 acres is highlighted by horses, sheep, goats and our newly planted vineyard.
