The Castaway is centrally located halfway between famous Bandon Dunes Golf and the popular Rogue River Jet Boats. For shutter bugs, the southern Oregon Coast is widely believed to have some of the most beautiful coastline in the world. History buffs can visit Cape Blanco State Park with the Lighthouse, and Hughes house, a restored Victorian Ranch house of one of the area's early settlers.
