A maximum of two trained pets are permitted in the pet friendly properties.
A $200 non-refundable pet fee will be required for pet stays.
Pet owners will be held financially responsible for any damage or additional cleaning that may be necessary due to pets. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches.

Payment Policies:

A reservation deposit of 35% of the total rental charge, plus a non-refundable service fee plus a travel insurance premium (optional) will be required to confirm your reservation and is due upon booking. The service fee includes reservation processing, departure inspection, 24-hour on call, and concierge services. The amount of this fee varies upon unit. The balance of your reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival. We accept cash, traveler's checks, bank cashier's checks, personal checks with proper ID and credit cards (Master Card, Visa). All account information is encrypted and secured for your protection.
