Private beach homes located on the secluded Fort Morgan peninsula, west of Gulf Shores. Over 50 homes we manage will allow a small pet under 30 lbs. Some homes will allow larger pets. We are located out of the city limits, therefore pets are allowed on the beach with a leash. All kinds of properties to choose from, big-small, basic-plush, big budget-small budget.... Attractions:

Fort Morgan is a secluded 22 mile long peninsula to the west off of Gulf Shores. Located between the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay, Fort Morgan offers fun filled days at the beach, exploring the historic Fort Morgan, and a auto ferry which travels daily to Dauphin Island. The Tanger Outlet Mall is only 30 minutes away and has so many bargains to be found. The peninsula has two golf courses, Kiva Dunes and Peninsula. A place to relax and have a major Change of Pace.

Rate vary depending on location and size.

Pets:

Pets under 30 lbs are welcome with a $45 non-refundable pet fee and $100 added to the refundable damage deposit.
Some properties may allow larger dogs with permission from the homeowner.
Pets on a leash are allowed on the beach.

Year Round- Off Season specials available.

Minimum Stay:

3 day minimum.

Payment Policies:

There are some additional charges such as cleaning, linen, $45 non-refundable pet fee, and taxes. A refundable security/damage deposit is required for all of our homes.

All homes are Non Smoking.
