The pet friendly beach house is located just past Mile Marker 10, Fort Morgan Road (US Highway 180 West), approximately twelve miles outside of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You can enjoy the unparalleled serenity of being on the beach and yet be within minutes of the substantial amenities that have come to pass in the Gulf Shores and Panhandle.

Located less than a mile from the western edge of Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, the beach house has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, another bedroom with another queen size bed and two twin-size beds, and the third bedroomm with a queen size sleeper sofa and a set of bunk beds. The living room sofa folds out to sleep two. All sheets, pillows, and towels are provided. We have a computer with fast access free internet service, installed cable TV, connected with city water, installed a purifying water filter, and we continue to improve its amenities. There is a washer-dryer and storage closet downstairs and a new 360 degree deck for enjoying the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. We also have a VCR player, DVD player, a new stereo system with dual cassette and CD capabilities.

Phone with voice mail, satellite TV with local channels, VCR, Stereo/CD player,computer and unlimited long distaqnce telephone service, A/C, Full kitchen, Dishwasher, Washer/dryer, 360 degree deck, Full compliment of beach amenities. just bring your toothbrush and a bathing suit...everything else is provided (linens, towels, beach chairs, cleanup when you leave, etc.)

Attractions:

Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! The BonSecour National Wildlife refuge is just to the east of us and runs about six miles down the beach for a pristine beach experience. Visit historic Fort Morgan, only ten miles due west along the scenic peninsula highway. Take the ferry to Dauphin Island and Fort Gaines. Great fishing in the Gulf of Mexico with a full service marina just a few miles away. Close to the Riviera Centre (outlet shopping) and transportation to the casinos of Mississippi and Louisiana. Golf courses abound, water sports thrive, fishing is world class (with charter boats readily available from local captains), and amusement and theme parks of a substantial nature are all available.

Rates:

HIGH SEASON: **NOTE: all rentals in the High Season periods are intended to be Saturday to Saturday--no daily rental rates please); Memorial Day Week, through Labor Day week, AEA/Spring Break(two weeks, and Christmas and Thanksgiving week : $180/night; $1300/week.
MIDDLE SEASON September-November and March-May: $180/night; $1100/week.
WINTER SEASON December-February: $130/night,$950/week/ $2850/month; call for availability for weekly or monthly rentals.
All rentals have a $75 cleanup charge.
