Entry to the home is down steps to an entry deck area. To the immediate left is a private deck area with Hot Tub/Spa and steps to fourth sleeping area and walkway around to front of home facing water. Upon entering the home, the large kitchen with eating area is to your right. Continuing, counter clockwise, your go past sliding doors leading to wind protected deck with charcoal BBQ and enter formal dining room with wet bar. Continuing on, counter clockwise you come to large living room with stone fireplace, sliding doors out to deck with dramatic water views from deck and all windows. Next is den with Queen sofa bed with sliding doors for privacy and entry to full Bathroom. Door from den goes out to Hot Tub/Spa. Continuing through hallway, you pass second entry to previously mentioned Bathroom and you come back to main entry area. Steps from this area lead down to the bedroom area. To the left is the Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, and Master bathroom with double shower. To the right of the stairs landing is another Bedroom with Queen size bed and Bathroom with shower. Door through this Bathroom leads to fourth sleeping area with Queen Murphy bed and two bench-seat Twin beds, Bathroom with shower and Sauna. This area can also be accessed from the steps going down from the entry area to the home. This home has a Charcoal BBQ.
