You enter the home through a gated courtyard path, with private Hot Tub/Spa on the right, to weather-protected entry deck. Upon entry through the main entry door you find yourself in a large hallway area with laundry room on your left, half Bathroom diagonally to the right and the bedroom wing to the far right. Straight ahead from the entry area, you enter the large, fully equipped Kitchen with cooking island and breakfast nook. To the left of the Kitchen and down two steps, you come to the dining area leading to the living room. From the entry hallway area, you step down to the large living room with stone fireplace, TV, wet bar, Queen size sofa bed and private, expansive water views of the Ocean, Beach and Bay from the interior, as well as wrap-around outdoor deck area, charcoal BBQ, accessed through living room slider doors. Back to the entry area and the bedroom wing of the home, you will find a bedroom with Queen size bed and TV, and proceeding down hallway, to the right, a second Bedroom, with Queen size Bed and TV, full Bathroom with tub/shower, and the Master Bedroom with fireplace, King size bed, and TV. This home has a Charcoal BBQ.
