Located on a quiet cul de sac, you enter the home into a large Great Room with a large, fully equipped Kitchen with extensive counter space and bar stools, large dining room area and living room with Queen sofa bed, fireplace, TV/VCR, surround sound stereo system, CD player, and views to the inner Bay and Harbor. The bedrooms are located straight ahead from the entry area. Proceeding past the Kitchen, on your left you pass an enclosed deck/patio area, with charcoal BBQ and Hot Tub/Spa. Proceeding down the hallway, you come to Master Bedroom with King size bed, TV/VCR and fireplace. Sliding doors from Master Bedroom lead to a deck/patio that backs up to the 14th Fairway of the Golf Course. Continuing through the Master Bedroom, you come to large Master Bathroom with separate Jacuzzi tub and shower and lengthy double basin vanity. To the right of the Master Bedroom entry is a full Bathroom with tub/shower. To the right of this Bathroom are the second and third bedrooms, each with Queen size beds and TV/VCR units. This home has a Charcoal BBQ.
