Go up steps to entry deck that faces Pinnacle Gulch and the hills behind it. On your way up these steps, you will pass the outdoor Hot Tub/Spa. This full deck faces the Southeast and is perfect for sunny morning coffee. The deck also contains a Charcoal and Gas BBQ. You enter the home into a hallway, turn right, and the living room is on the left with big screen plasma TV, full sound system, DVD, VCR, woodstove, and has marvelous water views out to open water, Bodega Head, Bodega Rock and the Jetties. Door from living room leads out to small deck and larger patio area. To the immediate right of living room is the dining area and open galley kitchen to its left. Kitchen is open to the living room and has wide counter extension shared by living room and dining room. Pass through this area, past laundry area with washer/dryer on your left and Bathroom with shower, on your right to Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV and VCR. Door from this room goes out to front deck with Hot Tub/Spa. Return to entry area and go left to Master Bedroom with woodstove, King size bed, TV and VCR, and self-contained Bathroom with shower. This home has both Charcoal and Propane BBQs.
