You enter this cozy home into sunny entry. To the right is a full Bathroom with tub/shower. To the left is living area with woodstove, TV and DVD player. Off the left side of the living area is the sun room with sofa and chairs. Four steps lead up to Kitchen area and sitting area with piano and desk with printer. Slider door leads out to patio with charcoal BBQ, garden with fountain, and dog run. Path leads through garden to large side yard. Returning to the Kitchen area, proceed up a staircase to a landing. To the left is full Bathroom with large tile tub/shower and Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, Woodstove, and big screen TV with DVD player. Slider door leads out to deck with views of the ocean and bay. A separate door leads from landing to this viewing deck. Returning to the landing, up four steps is a loft Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV and door out to small private back deck. This home has a charcoal BBQ.
