You enter home into a large entry foyer. To your left, and up five steps you enter a view room with Barca Loungers facing spectacular ocean view, and fireplace. Door leads out to wraparound view deck. At entry area there is large dining room and living room area with wood burning fireplace, TV/VCR and surround-sound stereo system with DVD/CD player. Living room has wraparound windows on three sides with outstanding water views. Large collection of CDs, videotapes and DVDs. On your right is the fully equipped Kitchen with granite peninsula counter and stools, and continuing on, on your left you will find the first Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV and half Bathroom. This Bedroom has an extra Futon which sleeps one. Adjacent, and to the right, is the large Master bedroom with Queen size bed, and TV/DVD/VCR. Corner windows in both bedrooms have ocean views. There is a bathtub in open area of Master bedroom and separate shower, toilet and vanity comprising the Master Bathroom. The washer and dryer are located in a closet in this Bedroom. Continuing on through the hallway, you come to a full Bathroom with tub/shower on your right. Proceeding down the hallway, you come to the third Bedroom with Queen size bed and TV, which offers early morning rays of sunshine. The sheltered courtyard offers a Hot Tub/Spa facing the water. This home has a Propane BBQ.
