Located across the road from the 'Bay' of Bodega Bay, this quaint, rustic 2-story home is an easy walk to restaurants, gift stores, fish markets and grocery stores. You enter the home into a large open living room area with water views. There is a deck facing the Bay off this living room area. Proceeding to your left you pass through the dining area. Full Bathroom with shower is to the left of the dining area. As you pass through this area you go up two steps to the fully equipped Kitchen. Washer and dryer are in a closet on the left side of the kitchen. A slider door from the Kitchen leads out to a private, wind protected deck with Hot Tub/Spa. Returning to the Living Room, there is a stairway on the far wall that leads up to the sleeping area of the home. Straight ahead is the Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV and woodstove. Continuing on to your left through the Master Bedroom you come to the Master Bathroom with deep soaking tub. To the left of the stair landing there is an open den area with Full size futon. Continuing on to your left you come to the second Bedroom with a Full size bed, Twin size bed and TV. This home has a Charcoal BBQ.
