Tahoe Moon Properties has a variety of homes sleeping 2 - 30 people. Our homes are conveniently located to all of the wonderful Summer and Winter attractions that Lake Tahoe has to offer.

Many of our homes have big open fireplaces for Winter and pool and private beach access during the Summer. All of our homes provide bed and bath linens and have fully equipped kitchens. You tell us what you want, from pianos & pool tables to big decks with lake views, and let us find you the perfect spot for your vacation.

Water skiing, boating, para-sailing, jet skiing on Lake Tahoe, Rafting down the Truckee River, Hiking or Mountain Biking, Downhill or Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing with 10 resorts within 45 minute drive, Golfing at over 10 courses within 30 minute drive, Casinos, Great Restaurants, Shopping, Outdoor Theatre, Nightlife.

Rates:

From $100 - $1200/night, Tax - 10%.

Pets:

95% our homes welcome pets, with prior approval.
We do request that pets not get up on the furniture or be left alone in the homes for long periods of times.
We do retain the right to restrict the number of pets per stay and you will be responsible for any damage done by your pets.
$30 per dog fee.

Dates Available:

Year round.

Minimum Stay:

2 night minimum in low season ( April 15th-June 15th, and September 15th) 3 night minimum Winter ( December 15th-April 15th) 5-7 night minimum Summer ( June 15th-September 15th) 7 night minimum Christmas week and New Years week, some exceptions apply holiday periods.

Payment Policies:

Cleaning fees: $75-$150. Security deposit: $500. Payment by check or money order. Deposits need to be received 5 days after booking and full payment 6 weeks prior to stay.

Restrictions:

All homes are non smoking
