Our homes, sleeping 2 to 20, are in spectacular forested and/or river front settings, almost all of them allow dogs, and most have hot tubs.

Minimum Stay:July-Aug 1 week; then 2 nights; three nights for most holidays and special events weekends. Payment Policies:60% of rent due at booking; 40% plus tax and cleaning due 30 days before booking for payment by check; Visa, MasterCard, and Discover charged in full at time of booking; cancellation insurance available. Cleaning fees vary by house and are non-refundable; 11% county tax on bookings of less than 30 days. All linens included. Restrictions:Smoking outside only. Children welcome.
