You approach the home after a 400-yard drive on a secluded lane. You enter this cozy contemporary home through an entry room that contains the washer/dryer. Continuing through this room, you enter the fully equipped Kitchen with a high "table for two" and chair stools. View from the Kitchen overlooks the Russian River. Continuing through the Kitchen, you come to the entrance to the Bedroom area. Each of the two Bedrooms has a Queen size bed. There is a full Bathroom with tub/shower between the two Bedrooms. Living room has TV, DVD, gas fireplace and dining area with table for 4. From the living room, to the right, you enter the sun room, a wonderful sitting area at any time of the day, with a panoramic view of the Russian River. The door from the sun room leads out to a large deck with assorted deck furniture. Steps from the left of the deck lead to the Hot tub/Spa. There are breathtaking views of the Russian River from the Spa. This special place, in such a serene setting, is the perfect getaway from today's hectic world. This home has an Electric BBQ and a Charcoal BBQ.
