On the Russian River, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Woodstove, CD Player, Satellite TV, Outdoor Spa, 3 Large Decks, Dock and Canoe. Pet OK. Sleeps 4-6.
Upon entering the home, to your right is the dining area and to the left is the Kitchen with work table, counter and bar stools. Directly ahead is large living area with satellite TV and Queen size sofa bed and sliding doors going out to deck with propane BBQ and deck furniture, facing the River and Ocean. To the far left hand corner is a Bathroom with shower, and hallway out to the garage. As you return from this living area, stairs go down to the hallway landing area and two Bedrooms, both with Queen size beds and TVs, and doors out to deck area. The second Bathroom, with tub/shower is to the left of the Bedrooms. Door from landing area goes down steps to third deck area (boat house level), with Hot Tub/Spa, table and chairs. Additional steps go down to dock and boat launch with a canoe. This home has a propane BBQ.
