Beach Retreat offers a large 3,000 sq. ft. heated pool with whirlpool, a picnic area enriched with lush tropical palms, BBQ grills and sundeck, shaded pergolas,a clubhouse with fitness room, internet connection, meeting room and a gathering room for family activities. This is an exclusive gated complex.You will fall in love with it's unobstructed gulf front views and 300 feet of private white sandy beach.

Maravilla Condos -, a 33 acre beach front community located directly across the street from a 2.5 acre private beac, the largest private beach on Miramar. This beach front complex is complete with everything needed for a Destin Florida pet friendly vacation. Maravilla offers two large pools, one with an ocean view and the other seasonally heated with hot tub adjoining our fully equipped club house with a big screen TV ,fitnessoom ,sitting, kitchen and dining area which can be reserved for private family gatherings.
