"Coral Cabana" is our open, airy, three-bedroom pet friendly beach house on a quiet, private cul-da-sac in the Crystal Beach area of Destin, Florida. Just a short walk to the beach (1,500 ft), this private single-family home, with private pool and separate fenced in yard for pet, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large family room and a full modern kitchen. The entire house is on the same level, so everyone is together and more importantly there are no stairs to climb. Freshly painted inside, tiled floors, wireless Internet, a new high-end microwave in the kitchen, and an oversized ceiling fan in the family room, we have furnished and decorated "Coral Cabana" to meet our own personal standards for quality and comfort. There's a new king-sized bed in the master bedroom, for example, but instead of opting for an inexpensive mattress, we chose a top-of-the-line Serta mattress and box springs, which is what we ourselves would want to find in a higher end vacation rental. Similarly, when we installed the new 280-square foot deck around the pool, we chose a composite material. It costs more than wood, but we didn't want our guests to worry about getting splinters. We also have dog crates available, small, medium & large.

And, since we know that you may not want to spend all of your time at the beach, we’ve paid particular attention to our in-house entertainment offerings. These include Cable TV; a library of our favorite books; and a new DVD-VCR with many new and classic DVD & VHS titles. (This unit will also play audio CDs, so bring your favorites!).

Rates:

Spring Break 2009...(Mar 01 - Apr 17) ......$2,100/week.

Late Summer 2009....(Aug 08 - Sep 04) ......$1,800/week.

Winter 2009.........(Nov 01 - Feb 28) ......$1,200/week.
January/February Monthly rate is $2,500.00 plus electric above $100.
Cleaning fee $150.
Rates are for 6 Guests, $100 additional per Guest to a Max of 8 Guests.
Add 11% State & Local Tax - 50% Deposit to Confirm Reservations. Security Deposit $500.00.
