The 'Banana Cabana' is our newest home, in fact brand new, construction was completed on May 10th, 2006. The 'Banana Cabana ' is a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a very private pool and a wonderful first floor patio area.

The bedrooms in this house are on the first floor, both because they remain cooler in the summer but also to allow the second floor, where the kitchen and family room are located (and where guests spend most of their time), to have the best view from the 10 X 24 foot 2nd floor balcony.

This open airy home is magnificant, with 10 foot ceilings, recessed spot lighting, two living room ceiling fans, and a kitchen that overlooks the Great Room. The colors are cheery and the decorating is casual elegance.

Although we love all of the houses on "Easy Street" the 'Banana Cabana" is one of our favorites. It definitely has the "Wow" factor.

January/February Monthly Rate is $2,500.00 plus electric above $100.
