Second to our tourists, sandpipers are our most common visitors to our beach. This spacious beach house is ultra comfortable, pet and kid friendly, and features a fabulous back yard with a separately fenced in pet yard. There's nothing stopping you from having a wonderful vacation with only 1, 500 feet between you and the beach , and to make your trips to the beach that much more convenient the Sandpiper comes with a street legal Golf Car at no additional cost . It's an easy five minute walk or a two minute golf cart ride to the beach. The colorful decor will brighten your day. Relax in the comfy living room or head out to the sunroom for family game night. Pop some pop corn and watch the latest blockbuster, while you reconnect with all of your family members. Four spacious bedrooms and four private bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone; the kids won't have to share a bathroom here! And if you are sharing the home with another family, this home is for you since it features two king beds with their own private baths.

Everyone knows that people vacation in Destin to have fun-in-the-sun, so enjoy the oversized private pool and patio area, featuring a shady patio cove so mom and dad can get out of the sun but still monitor to children. The kids will also enjoy the air conditioned separate pool house, for fun and games out of the sun. Dad, don't forget to bring your kiss the cook apron and chef's hat, there's a high end stainless steel grill in the backyard just calling your name. You won't have a dull moment at Sandpiper.
