The back covered patio, on the same level, has a high-end stainless steel BBQ Grill, outside table with seating for six and a beautiful view of the pool & lighted waterfall. The second floor has two large guest bedrooms, each with their own private bath & balcony. Front balcony has a partial view of the Gulf, a view of the sand volleyball court, community pool and tennis courts.

January/February Monthly rate is $2,500.00 plus electric above $100.
