My Beach House is located along Florida's Northwest Emerald Coast in the Crystal Beach area of beautiful Destin, in an upscale subdivision called Terra Cotta Terrace. Close to the beach (300 feet), close to shopping, close to great restaurants and family entertainment, My Beach House has it all including a fenced in yard for the pet or children, and separately fenced-in private pool.

This three bedroom, two and a half bath private home was completely remodeled in 2007, including new paint, carpets, furniture, and appliances. This bright and cheery beach home boasts a fully equipped upgraded kitchen, with granite counter tops, a very comfortable living room, and a balcony off the living room with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need for a nice dinner at home or a quick breakfast before sightseeing. The dining room has a formal dining table that seats six comfortably, and is conveniently located right off of the kitchen.

There are three bedrooms that are perfect for a family vacation. The two down stairs bedrooms have queen beds, each with their own bathrooms. And the third bedroom has two twin beds for the kids to enjoy a private sanctuary of their own. There's no need to share rooms or crowd together in this great rental home!

Outside, the yard is fenced in for your pet or the kids to play, and has a private pool with a separate security fence around it, a setting ideal for families with pets and kids. There is also a table and chairs on the patio for enjoying the infamous Destin weather. When you need a change of pace, My Beach House is only 300 feet from the beautiful Destin beach. Two beach chairs and a rolling beach cooler are provided to make your beach trips fun and easy. There is also a beach wagon for your convenience. But be sure to bring your beach towels!
