From the fully equipped, spacious and modern kitchen, with huge breakfast bar (seating for six) and the dining area (seating for six more), you can see and be part of everything. The oversized sunlit family room is tastefully decorated with large screen HD TV, VCR/DVD, stereo system, Lexington Furniture ensembles; local artist wall prints, and comfortably seating for everyone. From the kitchen, you even have a panoramic view of the 12' x 24' pool with a 7' privacy fenced sunning deck area and covered shade porch just beyond the double French doors… it makes you feel like you're at a mini resort, with lounge chair seating for 10 plus, stainless steel gas BBQ, patio table with large umbrella, even a half bath conveniently located next to the outdoor shower.

The two master bedrooms, both with king beds, make sharing the Sea Palms Villa with another couple or with other family and friends much more convenient. The kids will love the double bunk room with their own TV and DVD player. The two-car garage keeps your car(s) out of the hot sun, sand and salty weather. Aside from the garage, there's parking for five plus cars in the ample palm shaded driveway.
Wait, and Yes there's more… you'll find in the garage a new Street Legal golf cart to make your short trips to the beach even more convenient. When adventure sets in, tour the beautiful Crystal Beach neighborhood, drive it to the Crab Trap restaurant for lunch or dinner, or take it to the many shops in the immediate area.

Destin is an amazing vacation spot, with wide, clean crystal white sandy beaches, and more than enough things to do during the week for the whole family.
