Our home away from home on Ft. Myers Beach is a one minute walk from the driveway to the beach access and 7 miles of pet-friendly white sand beach. The house is very comfortable and completely furnished throughout; two bedrooms and two and 1/2 baths and all the comforts of home; central air and heat of course. The house is typical beach construction with the main floor elevated upon pilings; with cabana room and 1/2 bath downstairs. The heated pool, hot tub, waterfall with a two story screened atrium enclosure off the rear deck from the master bedroom adds a beautiful outside room to the house.

Amenities:

The house is completely furnished. The master bedroom has one queen-size bed and the guest room has two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bath. There is a half bath downstairs in the cabana room where the washer and dryer, bicycles and pool refrigerator are located. The sun deck facing west on the front of the house is equipped with first rate sunloungers. The delightful deck off the master bedroom facing east over the palms opens to the staircase down to the fenced in back yard. The home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer so you can pack light. The kitchen is completely furnished; by our standards. Beach towels, umbrellas, beach bicycles, coolers and beach toys are provided. Pool, hot tub, waterfall with a two story screen enclosure adds a beautiful outside room to the house.

Within minutes of our house you can go shelling, swimming, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, snorkeling and just plain relaxing on the wide white sands of Fort Myers Beach. Golf courses, shopping and some of Southwest Florida's finest and funnest restaurants are within an easy drive. Golf courses and driving ranges and some of the most imaginative miniature golf courses are within minutes of our house.

Rates:

$1050-$1,500/week. Rental fees due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. You will receive a countersigned copy of the rental agreement upon receipt of the rental agreement and security deposit. The remaining fees are due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Upon receipt we will forward by priority mail keys to the house, directions and additional premises information to help you plan and enjoy your stay.
