Vacation Rental amenities include thoroughly outfitted kitchens, fine quality linens and comfortable Island Paradise bathrobes... along with finishing touches, like sachets in drawer!
Also, you will find high speed internet connection, A/C, T-V with cable and VCR/DVD players, fully applianced kitchens including microwaves. And, beach towels and beach chairs provided are provided at no additional charge... along with 'starter' supplies.
Each unit is individually decorated and unique... many have covered porches or decks. And, our 'honeymooners' villa has a large corner jacuzzi bathtub.

Attractions:
Walk to beach, shopping, restaurants, water sports of all kinds (deep sea fishing, sea-doos, parasailing, dolphin watch or shell hunting cruises, etc...), casino boats, neighborhood eateries, etc.
Trolley to other beaches. By car: 15 min to St. Petersburg, 1 hour to Busch Gardens, 2 hours to Disney... ask about other activities, e.g., bike rentals!

Rates vary by type, size and features of units. Weekly rates between $750 - $1050. Current rates for high and low season are shown on our website.
Multi-week and monthly rates may be available. Please ask.

Dates Available:Year round. Minimum Stay:Weekly vacation rentals; sorry, no nightly rates. Payment Policies:Confirmation payment required to confirm booking. Payment in full due in advance of arrival. After booking, cancellation fees may apply.
