This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 754 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 7 (close to the pools), fifth floor of a sixth floor building. We also manage unit 752 which is also on the fifth floor.

Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 6-8 guests and includes an ocean view from the front of our condo. Our top level, 5th floor condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features almost 1900 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Best of all, we have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.

The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped with microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, ice maker, toaster, and blender. All cookware and tableware is included.

Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club.

The three bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, TV set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed and TV set, and one with 2 extra long twins and a TV set. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).
