Enjoy the Gulf breezes from the swing on the front screen-porch, the back deck, or watch the sun set from two aerial decks. This is an older, private neighborhood and is great for walking and bike riding. (We even provide the bikes!) Sunnyside Subdivision property owners "own" the Gulf-front, which means there is nothing but sand dunes between you and the Gulf of Mexico. (One block walk to the beach.) Although it's quiet, Second Heaven is just minutes away from all the shopping and amusements you could desire.

This cottage was completely renovated in 2003-2004 and is graciously furnished. This little jewel will surprise you with new stainless steel appliances, two dens, hardwood floors and modern bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include three queen-size bedrooms and two fold-out queen sofas.

The cottage comes complete with a white picket fence and orange and lemon trees-right on the property! You'll fall in love with this place!

Damage Deposit $200 (receipt of deposit makes reservation) cleaning fee $200
Balance due upon arrival.
Damage deposit will be returned upon inspection before departure.
