STIFF KITTY'S COTTAGE ON TYBEE ISLAND

Fantastic Artist's retreat renovated in 2008. The ground level of the home has a sitting room with a futon that can be used for sleeping, a full bath, dining table and bar located in the new kitchen that opens onto furnished outdoor BBQ patio with gas grill. The second floor has a spacious living room with Futon and TV, a queen bedroom with TV and a large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and a double and single bed, and a full bath located off the den. All rooms open onto the porches that overlook the back yard. The home has a nice book collection, personal artwork, and many other nice touches.

Located about 200 yards from the beach, you can often hear the ocean from the porches. Walking distance to Restaurants, shopping, Memorial Park, playground, and library. Parking for 2 cars in driveway and one guest parallel in front yard.

NOTE: This property has an outdoor Tabby cat named Ester Williams who you may see during your stay at the house. She is not an indoor cat.

You may also choose to visit the Historic Tybee Lighthouse or Fort Pulaski.
Deep Sea Fishing Charters are also available on the island.

The City of Savannah has Antiquing, Museums, Shopping and sightseeing in the historic district. Several Golf courses are also open to the public.

Stiff Kitty's cottage is located within walking distance to Restaurants, shopping, Memorial Park, playground, and library on Tybee Island. There are additional restaurants located in Savannah.

Minature Golf and Movie Theatres are also convenient.
