Each cottage offers water views. They are located in a 100 year old cottage community on a dead end road. Perfect for dog walking. and dogs love the lake with a beach.

* Ocean View Cottage has 2 full bedrooms and 2 additional pull out sofas AND 2 full bathrooms. It sleeps up to 8 people.

* Lakeside Cottage offers one full bedroom with a twin pull out sofa bed and one full bathroom. It sleeps 2-3 guests.

Looking out from the living room of our Ocean View Cottage, you will be mesmerized by the ocean view of Linekin Bay. Step through the French doors to the 30 foot deck which flanks the entire length of the cottage. It’s the perfect setting for outdoor living, grilling a steak or feasting on lobster from the pound that is only 5 minutes away. Indoors the dining room seats 8 and the large kitchen is well-equipped. Spend evenings playing games or doing puzzles while enjoying music or movies on the cable TV with surround sound and DVD's. We also offer complimentary wireless high speed internet service.

Each bedroom has abundant closet and dresser space as well as a private bathroom and windows that ensure good night time breezes.

Lakeside cottage is a one bedroom/one bathroom with an open kitchen/living area. The view from inside and the deck is of the lake.

* The two cottages can be rented together as one cottage with three bedrooms/ 3 full bathroom that can sleep up to 11 people. This includes 2 full kitchens.

Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, Boothbay Region Land Trust (17 dog-friendly trails, including one outside the cottage door!) whale watching,performances at the The Opera House. We include two complimentary kayaks with the rental. Linekin Bay Resort is 5 minutes walk and open to the public.

Rates:

$900-$1650 weekly. Pricing is based on length of stay and the time of year. Peak Season from Mid June through Labor Day requires a 7 night stay. Pet fee of $100 for up to 2 pets. 7% Maine Lodging Tax. Rental price includes all bed linens and towels.
