Pets:

We have them too and we love our own dogs! If bringing your dog is important Offlake Rentals does offer many pet-friendly homes.
There is a $65 pet fee for up to 2 dogs. Some homes accept more dogs with a higher deposit.

Dates Available:

Year round at most homes.

Minimum Stay:

2-night minimum, year round. Federal Holidays require a 3-night minimum.

Payment Policies:

Payment: Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Cash and personal checks 30 days prior to arrival. NO personal checks will be accepted on arrival. A $50.00 bank charge will be applied for all returned checks. Additional expenses may apply if selected such as linen service, cleaning service, Travel Insurance, and reservation fee.

All Offlake Rentals are NON-SMOKING.
