Each house sits on one half acre of land and can accommodate from 7-10 people. In addition, there are two more off-the-water properties one mile from the main group of houses.

All the houses feature fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves, and electric coffee makers, phones, cable TVs, outside gas barbecues and lawn furniture, and are right on Pleasant Bay with wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Fireplaces, hot tubs, patios or decks, and outdoor hot and cold showers. In addition we have a 30' Catalina Sailboat available for rent.
