Our cottages are fully furnished and well appointed. The kitchens have everything from coffee for the coffee-maker to the wine glasses, plates, flatware, and pots and pans. They have beautiful linens on each bed, towels (and extra towels) in the bathroom. Each cottage has a fireplace, TV, VCR, stereo that plays cassettes and CD's, air conditioning and private phone lines. They all have a large deck with adirondack chairs and a Weber grill.

Summer: $185 to $250 per night. Winter/Spring: $135 to $200 per night. Rate range based on size of unit. Plus 6% State Tax and 2% Lodging Tax.

Maximum 2-3 pets per unit.
No deposit required on pets, and is not reflected in the rental rate.
No weight or size restrictions.
Pet owner responsible for any cost related to damages to the rental unit.

Restrictions:

Children Welcomed. $25 charge per person per night for every person over the maximum, including children. $10 service charge on all cancellations. The cost of any damage to Sweethaven cottages or property will be reflected on your bill.
