The "Big House" features five bedrooms with a total of fourteen beds, three bathrooms, a dining room with seating for 20, a fully equipped kitchen with range, 2 refrigerators, microwave and dishwasher, a comfortable living room with cable TV and VCR, and a large deck with picnic tables.

The "Little House" has two bedrooms with five beds, a living room with cathedral ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen with range, refrigerator and microwave, cable TV, a dining area for 6-8, and a large yard and picnic table. The two houses are connected by a breezeway but each has a separate entrance ensuring privacy. Just a short walk over a wooded path takes you to the Pemigewasset River for swimming and canoeing in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter.
