Each cottage or log home offers it's own private seclusion within the Cobtree estate, surrounded by landscaped gardens and panoramic views over open fields to the South and West as well as 18 acres of woodlands to the North with it's many walking trails. The properties are additionally suited for hosting family reunions and wedding receptions. Our rates include sheets and towels, central air conditioning a gas bbq and importantly, there are no additional cleaning fees payable on departure. Geneva is only 5 miles away for your grocery shopping convenience as well as other facilities such as the movie theatre, restaurants etc. Seneca State Park is a 5 minute drive away with public beach access onto Seneca Lake and a spray playground for children.
