We are proud of Heron Way, one of our newest 5 Star properties built in June of 2005.

Equipped with all the comforts of home, this spacious 3 bedroom with large loft, 2.5 bathrooms home will comfortably accommodate most oversized families. Heron Way is complete with a dishwasher, TV's, VCR, DVD, Washer/Dryer, Wood Fireplace, and 7 person hot tub right below Keuka's fabulous nightly stars.

Located on a spacious lot, Heron Way has over 200' feet of level waterfront and a large floating dock (shared). Swimming is poor directly off the dock, however 300' off shore, the "sand bar" has excellent swimming conditions. A rowboat, a canoe and purple paddle boat are provided to help you get there. The mouth of Sugar Creek is near and an exciting boating adventure awaits you. More than enough parking is just outside our front door and the surrounding lawn is large enough for most yard games. Mature landscaping and 8' fencing creates privacy not found with most vacation homes.

Heron Way is nicely decorated, amply furnished and has central air and heat. The modern kitchen is conveniently located in the center of the home and offers a lake view. The living room has a cathedral ceiling, four skylights, a fieldstone fireplace and large TV. The front sun porch has knotty pine walls, a ceiling fan to keep the summer air moving and 6 sliding glass doors so the sun can pour in. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and comes with a large walk in closet and oversized bathroom with 6' whirlpool tub. Off the master bedroom is a lakeside deck that leads to your nature shower and blue hot tub. Two other bedrooms are located on the first floor and one has a private outdoor patio and both are well appointed. A second floor, oversized sleeping loft(not enclosed)overlooks the living area, providing a quiet place to read your favorite novel. The loft has a 12' covered, romantic balcony overlooking the lake.

Note: The dock is floating and the water depth can vary from 2 to 3 feet. The bottom is soft and boats with shallow drafts and trim dock easily. The next door neighbor keeps his boat at this dock and may take it out from time to time. Cattails line the shore and Lilly pads make this one of Keuka's best fishing spots with lots of wildlife.
