Our incredible vacation home just fifteen minutes to downtown Asheville was built in early 2006. Enjoy mountain living at its finest. Warm and inviting interior decorated in casual elegance with a fun flair. The floorplan is terrific for vacationing; each level has a bedroom, full bath, living area and TV. The sumptuous master suite, gourmet kitchen, open dining & living room and half bath are on the main level. Upstairs features a den with futon and TV, guest bedroom & spacious full bath upstairs. The game room aka The Dog Pound sports a professional pool table, media room w/big flat screen TV & leather sleeper sofa w/recliners, guest bedroom, bathroom, and laundry on lower level. Tree-house feel and year round views from both main level and lower level decks. Built by a craftsman you'll love the attention to detail.

Our downtown apartment is in walking distance to everything. This fashion forward fully appointed 2 bedroom, 1 bath place boasts a full kitchen and covered deck with peeks of Mt Pisgah and Town Mountain.

The newest addition to our pet friendly homes is The Glass Mountain Treehouse in Fairview, just 16 miles to downtown Asheville and real close to Black Mountain. This artistic handbuilt log home is what you come to the mountains for! This place is truly special with all natural woodworking, three ponds, 4 very hikeable acres, and close range mountain views. It has 2 bedrooms, plus a queen size air mattress to sleep up to 6.

Rates:

The Ashleigh Grove Cottage runs $285 per night, $1750 per week or $4500 per month. The Alpha Pad is $175 per night, $1100 per week or $2200 per month. The Glass Mountain Treehouse is $245 per night, $1500 per week or $3500 per month. Standard cleaning is included. All rates are subject to change and may be higher for holidays and/or special events.
