Allow this Crown Point oceanfront retreat to be the setting for your next getaway! The kids will love swimming in the private pool while the adults relax in the hot tub. Kick up your feet on the oceanfront screened porch or watch the sunset from the observation tower. Ocean-to-sound views are yours to enjoy from this seaside destination.
Level 1: Two BRs (2BS/Tr, Q) with shared bath; rec room with pool table; kitchenette; full bath; wet bar.
Level 2: MBR (Q); three BRs (Q, 2T, Duo/Tr); full bath.
Level 3: MBR (K) with whirlpool; living area; kitchen with two microwaves, two refrigerators; half bath.
Extras: Multiple TVs/DVDs; CD stereo; enclosed oceanfront porch; rooftop deck with spiral staircase.
Pets: One dog welcome (no cats). No additional fee or deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of 5 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 12th - October 25th, 2009; option not available in July & August.

Dates Available:Year round. Minimum Stay:7 nights. Payment Policies:Agent accepts payment by personal check, e-check, cash, certified check, money order or credit card. We accept only US Funds drawn on a US Bank and only MasterCard, Visa and the Discover Card if using a credit card. Payments made within 30 days of your arrival must be by cashier’s check, money order, or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted within 30 days of arrival. Guests who did not provide an e-mail address at the time of booking should expect their Agreement to be sent by standard mail within the next week. Taxes are subject to change without notice. One half (1/2) the base rent, the handling fee and optional Trip Insurance must be received by Twiddy within 2 days of the lease date. You will receive a lease electronically or by mail. Reservations that are not confirmed by a payment and signed lease within the allotted timeframe (2 days) will be subject to cancellation without notice. A non-refundable $90 administrative fee (plus tax) is applied to every reservation. Taxes in Currituck County are 12.75% (6.75% State & 6% Local).
