The Treetop Cottage privides a comfortable place where you can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air and FIDO can run freely among the grounds. Conveniently located in the SW corner of North Carolina just 2.5 hours from Atlanta and 85 miles from the Greenville/Spartenburg airport, nestled between the popular mountain destinations of Highlands and Cashiers in the town of Glenville.
The Treetop Cottage is completely furnished and sleeps 4. Relax on the deck with a good book, or enjoy some of the many area activities including: fly fishing, swimming, golf the 3 public courses that are located within 10 miles of the home, horseback riding, boating, or hike one of the many area scenic waterfalls. Quaint shopping, antiques and unique dining galore!

Amenities:
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully furnished cottage on 1.5 acres. Homes comes complete with fully equipped kitchen including: refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Other amenities include: T/V with satellite service, a toaster, coffee pot, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, linens, towels, blow dryer, and an iron. There is also a washer & dryer, along with a grill built into the side of the mountain.
Attractions:
Within 10 minutes to our cottage you will find 3 public golf courses, horseback riding, fly fishing, boating on Lake Glenville, swimming, or explore one of the beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails, along with quaint shopping in the towns of Cashiers and Highlands. If you are looking to explore western North Carolina, then within an hours drive you can visit Chimney Rock in Hendersonville, or go North towards Ashville and visit the Biltmore Estate. Tours of the Biltmore Estate are awesome and the wine tasting is great!

$100 per night plus cleaning fee.

Dates Available:Spring/Summer/Fall Minimum Stay:2 nights. Payment Policies:A deposit of 50% of the total fee reserves your vacation at The Treetop Cottage. Full payment is due 30 days before check-in. Refunds: half the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in will not be refunded. Additional deposit: $200.00 Security Deposit, Refundable after final walk-through. Restrictions:Our Treetop Cottage is a non-smoking.
