Fun family home on beautiful Lake Lure. Easy entry into main level with living/dining/kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen bed and 1 full bath. Expansive deck from this level overlooks the lake. Lower level has a small sitting area with television and 3 bedrooms, (1 with 2 twins, the other two have 1 queen each), and 1 full bath.
This home is very comfortable for a medium size to large family. The home comes with a paddleboat and canoe, and it has a small slide from the dock into the water. The cove is open and offers pretty views and a quiet area for swimming. There are steps from the lower level to the waterfront, but there is good green space for your pet to romp and play! The cottage islocated about 8 miles from Lake Lure Beach and Chimney Rock State Park (see photo),and Village.

Wonderful dock on the water. Good swimming area! Pretty sunset views. Canoe, paddleboat, Good fishing! BBQ Grill, Cable TV, Washer/Dryer. Linens provided! Room for only 3 cars!
Attractions:
Chimney Rock State Park and village less than 8 miles. Biltmore Estate and Winery in Asheville 1 hour. Whitewater rafting, tubing, hiking and fishing close by.
Rates:
Rates average from $1299/week to $1899/week. Sometimes we can offer shorter stays during spring and fall.

Dates Available:We are open year-round! Minimum Stay:We like to book for at least a week from June through Labor Day.
