This Ocracoke Island vacation home is conveniently located near the playground, galleries and Ocracoke Coffee Shop! A fenced yard completes the relaxing vacation for you and your pet. Open kitchen/living/dining area, A/C units in living area and bedroom, heat, ceiling fan, microwave, washer/dryer, cable TV in living area and master bedroom, VCR/DVD player, stereo w/CD player and phone. The exterior includes a generous fenced in yard, screened porch and H/C outdoor shower.
There are two bedrooms; one with queen bed and one with a twin bed. One bath.
No Smoking. Limit of three people. Parking for two cars.

Rates:
$635 per week to $935 per week. Rate includes all fees with exception of optional trip insurance and NC state and county taxes.
Pets:
Dates Available:Year round. Minimum Stay:7 nights. Payment Policies:Once you call or book online with Ocracoke Island Realty, a lease will be emailed to you within 48 hours. If you can not locate the agreement in your inbox, you may need to check your spam folder. A deposit is due in our office within 10 days of making your reservation. Accepted forms of payment are personal check, credit card (Master Card and Visa) or money order. If you are paying by credit card, we will ask for the credit card type, name on the card and the expiration date when we phone you. The first payment is one half of the rent and the optional trip insurance fee. Please note that the Trip Insurance is automatically included in the first payment and you must decline the insurance by initialing on the lease. If it is less than 30 days to your arrival date, all payments must be by credit card or certified check. Please include your email address and a daytime phone number. A Security Deposit may be required at Agent’s discretion. Tenant is responsible for intentional damage due to willful negligence and/or any damages by pet(s).Trip insurance is encouraged but optional and is listed as a separate line item. If you do not want trip insurance please indicate this in the appropriate section of your lease. Ocracoke Island Realty will clean the home on check out day. Restrictions:No Smoking.
