Rates:
Published rates now reflect all inclusive rates. Your reservation cost includes the base rental rate (as indicated in our 2008 Brochure) along with administrative fee, security deposit waiver, your departure cleaning and pet fee, if applicable. The only additional charges are state and county taxes and optional Trip Insurance.

Dates Available:Year round. Minimum Stay:3 nights. Payment Policies:We will be calling you to confirm your reservation and a lease will be emailed to you within 48 hours. If you can not locate the agreement in your inbox, you may need to check your spam folder. A deposit is due in our office within 10 days of making your reservation. Accepted forms of payment are personal check, credit card (Master Card and Visa) or money order. If you are paying by credit card, we will ask for the credit card type, name on the card and the expiration date when we phone you. The first payment is one half of the rent and the optional trip insurance fee. Please note that the Trip Insurance is automatically included in the first payment and you must decline the insurance by initialing on the lease. If it is less than 30 days to your arrival date, all payments must be by credit card or certified check. Please include your email address and a daytime phone number. The accommodation total below includes rent and county and state taxes. If you have chosen a pet friendly home, there may be a non refundable pet fee included. A Security Deposit may be required at Agent’s discretion. Tenant is responsible for intentional damage due to willful negligence and/or any damages by pet(s).Trip insurance is encouraged but optional and is listed as a separate line item. If you do not want trip insurance please indicate this in the appropriate section of your lease.
