Dates Available:Year round. Minimum Stay:3 night minimum at all times, week long minimum during in season dates. Payment Policies:Once you make a reservation we will mail you a lease agreement for signature and return within 10 days. 1/2 of rent is due to confirm reservation along with non refundable $100 administrative fee, optional trip interruption insurance (if chosen), state and local taxes, and security deposit or damage waiver. Balance of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival Restrictions:Some properties are designated and clearly marked as Non-Smoking.
