Pets:

Dogs allowed in designated "dogs welcome" homes only.
Limit of two domestic, housebroken dogs with a weight limit of 75 pounds each, unless otherwise noted within the home's description.
A $200 (plus tax) fee is required if you are bringing your dog(s).
Dogs in non-dog homes, and any pet other than a dog, are strictly forbidden.

Minimum Stay:

Mini-vacations have a three-night minimum and can be booked in our spring, fall and off-seasons. In-season vacations can be made in weekly increments only.

Payment Policies:

Acceptable forms of payment include personal check (only accepted outside of 30-day period prior to arrival), cashier's check, certified check, money order, e-check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Upon making your reservation, a lease agreement will be sent requesting your signature and advance deposit. The signed lease agreement and your deposit must be received in our office within 10 days of your reservation date. Your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
