Pets:

Pets are welcomed in many of our homes but are not allowed in any rental unless otherwise indicated (registered service animals excepted).
Cottages allowing a pet are limited to not more than 2 house broken pets.
A $100.00 fee, plus sales tax, is charged for professional flea extermination on all reservations allowing a pet.

Minimum Stay:

Many homes offer the option of a mini vacation, long weekend or mid-week arrival. Some homes require a full week stay.

Payment Policies:

A deposit of about half of your total (rent, pet fee, taxes and any extra services like linens) is dues within 7 days of making your reservation. The balance of your payment is due within 45 days of your arrival date.
