Attractions:

Our cabins are very secluded, yet not remote. All cabins are conveniently located less than 1/2 mile to the entrance of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which provides some of the most spectacular scenic overlooks in all of Swain County. We are less than 2 miles to Bryson City and The Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, and only 10 miles to the Cherokee Indian Reservation and Harrahs Smoky Mountain Casino. Also we are only 10 miles to the Nantahala Gorge and Tsali, which has the best white water rafting, kayaking, and mountain biking in the country. Deep Creek is less than 2 miles away and has some of the best trout fishing in the southeast, and is also a great place to rent a tube and enjoy a nice refreshing ride through the National Park down the creek. We are also only minutes from Lake Fontana and the Tuckaseegee River. Our cabins are located on the same 18 acre property, and is well situated for large family gatherings and reunions.

Rates:

$100.00 per night and up* $650.00 per week and up* *depending on how many people are in your party. Tax not included.

Pets:

Pets welcome with prior approval.
We do allow well mannered, housebroken pets. We ask that when you are not at the cabin, and when possible, that you bring your pet with you. If your pet is of the barking kind, and you must leave them behind, please leave them indoors, preferably crated.
For the safety of other guests in the area, please do not leave your pet unattended outdoors. If your pet is of the shedding kind, please do not allow them on the furniture or beds.
The reason we allow pets is because we are animal lovers ourselves, and could not imagine going on vacation without our pets. We only ask that you follow our simple rules.
Due to the extra time involved in cleaning a cabin that a pet has stayed in, we must charge a $35.00 pet cleaning fee.

Minimum Stay:

2 nights.

Payment Policies:

We require a 50% deposit at the time of your reservation with the balance due upon arrival. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, money orders and cash. Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that people generally book our cabins well in advance, we require a 30 day cancellation notice in order to give a full refund of your deposit. If you are unable to give a 30 day notice, we will be happy to apply 100% of your deposit towards a future stay with us. Also, in the event of an early departure, we can not give any kind of refund. Please note that all credits must be used within a one year time frame. Thank you for your understanding.

Restrictions:

For the courtesy of our non smoking guests, we ask that you refrain from smoking inside the cabin at all times. Thank you for your understanding.
