Dates Available:Year round. Minimum Stay:One (1) week minimum in July and August. 14 day minimum in some rentals in July and August. Holidays subject to 3 or 4 night minimum at High Season rate. 2-3 night minimum other dates. 3 night minimum ocean front. Payment Policies:An advance deposit of 3 nights gross rent and cleaning fee are due at time of confirmation. Balance due, rent and room tax must be received 3 weeks prior to your arrival. Reservations made less than 21 days prior to arrival require payment to be paid in full at the time of reservation. Deposits and balance due payments not received within this established time frame may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation. Restrictions:No smoking.
